The network switch your server is connected to will need to be rebooted to correct a software issue. We will also be taking advantage of this time to upgrade switch settings to improve performance. The reboot should take less than two minutes to complete. During this time your server will continue running but be inaccessible.

This maintenance will take place at 1 AM this coming Thursday, May 26th, 2011, CDT. This is equivalent to 06:00 UTC 2011-05-26. This time was chosen to have the least possible impact on the majority of customers affected. If this maintenance is delayed for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a new schedule.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We will use best practices to ensure minimal downtime for the switch. Thank you for your understanding, and do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions concerning the maintenance.
